Local landlords that rent out their properties on Airbnb are to be hit with extra charges from July.
Property owners will need to apply for commercial planning permission if they want to rent our their entire property to tourists.

It’s part of a major clampdown on short term holiday lettings which are said to be adding pressure to the housing crisis.
