Family concerned for man reported missing from Waterford City

Gardaí are appealing to the public for help in locating 47-year-old Mark Ayres, who was reported missing on Saturday 6th June.

Mark was last seen on Upper Yellow Road in Waterford City on Tuesday, June 2. He is believed to have been driving a white Peugeot Partner van with registration number 171-DL and was travelling in the direction of Longford.

He is described as being approximately six feet tall, with a stocky build, black and grey hair, and blue eyes. He is known to regularly wear blue jeans and a black jumper.

Mark may have travelled to the Wexford, Waterford or Longford areas.

Gardaí and Mark’s family have expressed concerns for his wellbeing and are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information on his whereabouts to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Wexford Garda Station on 053 916 5200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
