Filming will quite literally stop traffic in Kilkenny city at times today.
Peer Pressure’s shooting for a UK TV channel for a number of weeks and as part of that the County Council’s advising that a stop/go traffic management system will be in place between 9:30am to 7pm today and Thursday (4th June) as well as next Monday to Wednesday (8th to 10th June) on John Street Upper and Lower, between the junctions with the Dublin Road (at MacDonagh) and John’s Quay.

Delays can be expected and it is advised to use alternative routes were possible.

Meanwhile, the Dunningstown Road is closed from Granges Road to the CBC Link Road junction until 6:30pm this (Tuesday) evening.
