Former Kilkenny city Glanbia headquarters appears to have been sold

The former Glanbia Headquarters on Kilkenny City’s Ring Road will soon have a new owner – but the details of its final sale remain subject to contract.

The 23,000 square foot premises, which stands on a 3.29 acre site, came onto the market in February, and had a guide price of €2.95 million or an annual rental rate of €360,000.

Joint agents Bannon and FitzGerald Auctioneers marketed the site as a rare and significant opportunity for potential investors or tenants. (See more here).

KCLR News understands that it may be several weeks before the sale is completed, by which time the identity of its new proprietor is likely to be known.
