The words of local councillor Breda Gardner after a motion she tabled for 24/7 cardiac care services for this region received full support at this week’s meeting of the Regional Health Forum.

The group is now going to write to Health Minister Simon Harris, along with the Taoiseach and all TD’s in the South East calling for action to be taken as soon as possible.
Councillor Gardner told KCLR News this isn’t an issue that’s going to go away any time soon.
