Gardai issue warning after pedestrian spotted walking on M8 motorway

Drivers on the M8 in North Kilkenny are being warning to take extra care due to a person seen out walking on the motorway.

A pedestrian was spotted walking on the northbound lanes near the Urlingford exit on Tuesday evening.

Emergency services have been informed and Gardai are on their way to the scene but motorists are being asked to be on the lookout.
