Gardaí are reminding people to get the point not the points

Kilkenny Roads policing unit was busy around our roads today.

Earlier today Gardaí seized a vehicle after the driver attempted to evade a Garda checkpoint, with serious defects uncovered.

Separately a driver was arrest for suspected drug driving as multiple road traffic offences were also detected during operation.
