Gardaí are looking for information after thefts from a house in Carlow and from a guest house in Kilkenny.
Both incidents happened during last week, with the first one taking place between Wednesday the 12th and Sunday the 16th of April.

The owner of a guesthouse in Brownsbarn in Tullagher discovered the pump door open and the electrical pressure switch and the control box had been stolen.
Oil was also taken from the tank.
The second incident was at a house in Leighlinbridge between last Thursday and Friday.
The shed was unlocked and a drill worth €200, a generator, a strimmer and other tools were taken.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Gardaí.
