Gardaí have issued an appeal in connection with the murder of Darren Quigley in Carlow last month.
Mr Quigley was assaulted on 21st October in the New Oak Estate in Carlow but later died in St Lukes Hospital.
Sabrina Kehoe with an address at St. Mary’s Park in Carlow was charged with his murder while Conor O’Brien from Oakley Park on Tullow Road, Carlow, was charged with bringing weapons to a dispute.
Supt. Anthony Farrell has this appeal:- “Gardaí they are seeking the assistance of the public with regard to the identification of three teenagers, two females and one male”.
“It’s important to say that these persons are being treated as witnesses as part of the investigation process and are not suspects, all three were in the vicinity of New Oak Estate on the 21st of October at about 11:30 PM very close to the time of the incident”.
“Gardaí wish to identify and speak with these individuals to ascertain if they have any information pertinent to the investigation”.
