Glanbia shareholders voting on share spin out proposals this afternoon

Local farmers are to vote today on a proposal to cash in on 238 million euro of shares in Glanbia.

The co-op is holding a special meeting in Gowran Park where shareholders will decide if they approve of what’s called a share spin out to its co op members.

The result of the vote is expected at around 4 o’ clock.
