More than half of those who took the driving test in Kilkenny & Carlow last year failed.
A study carried out by Irish Country Living for the Farmers Journal found that pass rates locally dropped between 2012 and 2013.

The pass rate in Carlow has dropped from 51 to 43 percent while in Kilkenny its down from 48 to 46 percent.
