New Ross may be getting 75 new homes.
Minson Property Ltd. has lodged planning application with Kilkenny County Council for development at a 3.6 hectare site at Millbanks Road.
It has provisions for 63 three-bedroom houses and 12 four-beds with a creche and property settings.
Meanwhile, four new homes are in the planning for Stoneyford.
Paddy Raggett Homes Limited has submitted an application to the local authority for four detached houses at Stonecarthy East.
The proposed two-storey structures each have five bedrooms.
It’s as construction’s underway for a new 42-unit mixed tenure housing scheme at Abbeyhill in Thomastown.
