Gardaí are seeking to track down those responsible for ransacking a house on the outskirts of Kilkenny city.
It happened in the Goslingstown area, which links the Kells and Callan roads, last Thursday between 9:30am and 1:30pm.
Garda Lisa Mullins has told KCLR News; “The side window of a house was broken and the window opened and the house was ransacked and cash was stolen in this burglary”.
She adds “We’re just appealing to anyone in the Goslingstown area on the Callan Road if they noticed anything suspicious, anyone maybe in the days prior to this incident calling house-to-house, if anyone has any dashcam footage that may have captured a car leaving the scene to contact the Gardaí in Kilkenny”.
