There’s joy for a local community on the opening of it’s long-awaited playground.
The facility in Gowran has been aided by Kilkenny County Council, LEADER Partnership with significant support from the people of the area who helped fundraise for it.

It had been hoped it would open last year but parking issues took time to be resolved.
That’s all sorted now and the crew behind it Gowran on the Move have declared it can now be used.
