We first hear from Pat Crotty, Paris Texas on the Garda warning that it is still illegal for pubs and restaurants to serve alcohol in temporary seating areas not covered by their license.
Pat suggests and exception should be made to have the bars and restaurants open a week early to allow businesses to recover losses due to the pandemic.
