CBRE has this morning revealed that the four-star Seven Oaks Hotel is expected to achieve a price in excess of €7.5million.
The property’s been in the same ownership for over a quarter of a century but that owner is now retiring.
The 89-bedroom, full-service offering includes food and beverage facilities from TD Molloy’s Restaurant and Oaks Bar while conference and banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 500 delegates, all enhanced by the the recently reopened Leisure Club which boasts a 66foot swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
