Over a quarter of a million people visited one of Kilkenny’s top tourist attractions last year.
Kilkenny Castle recorded 282,588 visitors last year making it one of the most visited sites in the country in 2015.
The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin topped the list at almost 1.5 million visitors with the Cliffs of Moher coming in second at 1.2 million.
