A Kilkenny councillor is adding his voice to calls for restraint when it comes to blaming any one particular group for animal cruelty.
It’s after recent incidents involving the deaths of horses in the city, which were shared widely online.
Malcolm Noonan says people seem to think social media gives you a license to say anything you want without consequence – especially now when it comes to the Traveller community.
He says communities coming together and cooperating is the way forward and he told KCLR Live this morning that some progress is being made, however slowly.
