A delegation of Kilkenny County Councillors will be making their way to Leinster House today to discuss the controversial boundary review.
The Fine Gael councillors have arranged to meet with not just Planning Minister, Simon Coveney, but the entire parliamentary party from 12.30.
It’s after Minister Coveney had to cancel a trip to Kilkenny last week to address his local party colleagues.
The report recommending that about 15,000 acres of South Kilkenny – which would include over 4,500 people – be given to Waterford has been met with widespread condemnation.
