Kilkenny Gospel Choir to perform at Auchwitz

A local choir is to perform at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

Kilkenny Gospel Choir is jetting out to Poland this morning where they’ll be performing songs at various venues in Krakow before performing at the Concentration Camp tomorrow.

Fr Willie Purcell told KCLR News that it’s a significant year for Auschwitz as it’s the camps 70th anniversary.
