And Kilkenny playwright John Morton is a finalist in this year’s Writers’ Guild of Ireland Zebbie Awards, which celebrate the best of Irish writing for stage, screen and audio.
He’s shortlisted in the Best Theatre Script category for his play Denouement, alongside Lee Coffey’s Jigsaw and Barbara Bergin’s Dublin Gothic.
