Manager Derek Lyng has kept faith with the same starting XV that defeated Wexford last time out.
Eoin Murphy of Glenmore starts in goal behind a full-back line of Mikey Butler (O’Loughlin Gaels), Mikey Carey (Young Irelands) and Ivan Bolger (Graignamanagh), who retains his place after making his championship debut against Wexford.
The half-back line sees David Blanchfield (Bennettsbridge), Darragh Corcoran (Shamrocks Ballyhale) and Paddy Deegan (O’Loughlin Gaels) all named to start once again.
At midfield, Killian Doyle (Emeralds) partners Jordan Molloy (O’Loughlin Gaels), while the half-forward line features Liam Moore (Dicksboro), Cian Kenny (James Stephens) and Tom Phelan (Conahy Shamrocks).
Kilkenny’s inside forward line remains unchanged too, with in-form Mossy Keoghan (Tullaroan) alongside captain TJ Reid and Eoin Cody (Shamrocks Ballyhale).
Kilkenny will be looking to continue their provincial campaign with another big performance against an evolving Offaly side in Tullamore.
