The Butler Gallery Craft fair will take place this weekend with craft makers from across the Country displaying their work.
Kilkenny is one of only 4 designated World Craft Council Craft Cities and regions in Europe, and craftmakers were selected for the fair following a competitive selection process.
Tickets for the event will cost 5 euros, which will also cover the cost of entry into a craft fair draw.
The Craft Fair Weekend opening times are Friday from 2pm to 8pm; Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. The entry fee is €5 per person and tickets can be bought in advance on www.butlergallery.ie or at the door. Children under 12 go free.
The three-day showcase offers the public a unique opportunity to buy directly from makers of quality ceramics, jewellery, textiles, wood products, glass, feltworks, knitwear, candles and much more.
