Day three of the National Ploughing Championships is dawning and it’s the last outing for the Screggan site.
More than 163,000 people have made the trip to the feast of outdoor and in-tent fun in County Offaly.

With plenty in the fashion stakes as well – Vanessa Shortall from Tullamore, Co. Offaly was awarded Most Appropriately Dressed Lady, judged by former Miss Ireland Holly Carpenter and sponsored by Voco, The Club. Her prize included an overnight spa escape for two. While Peter Larkin from Kinvara, Galway, was crowned Most Appropriately Dressed Gentleman, judged by influencer Chloe Markham and sponsored by Shaws, receiving a €500 Shaws voucher.
