At least two organisations are interested in taking over the running of the former Camphill community in Ballytobin.
So says Deputy Bobby Aylward, who yesterday evening had a private meeting with the Disabilities Minister, Finian McGrath, and two HSE representatives from Lacken in Kilkenny.
The running of the service in Ballytobin was transferred from Camphill to the HSE in recent weeks on the back of a damning HIQA report – but they do not intend to run it for long.
Deputy Aylward told The Way It Is last night that he’s now been told other interested parties have already come forward.
