Liam Doran says the health service had 240 less nurses by November than at the start of this year

The result of an INMO ballot on the issues of staffing, recruitment and retention is to be announced at around 5 o’clock today.

Kilkenny man, Liam Doran, who’s the union’s general secretary says there were 240 less staff nurses by the end of October than at the start of this year.

Speaking to KCLR today, Liam says keeping nurses here is a real challenge.
