Time’s ticking on the availability of free tickets for a number of key events as part of Kilkenny Science Festival.
This evening (Tuesday) Cleere’s hosts a comedy night with Seán Marshall, producer / presenter of podcast and blog Science Chat – we saw last weekend locally what happens when you merge comedy and economics, this is the chance to witness a science/comedy fusion!
Perhaps you’d rather attend Chemistry in the Movies – that’s under the microscope with Dr John O’Donoghue of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Education Coordinator for Ireland in the Tudor Kitchen at Rothe House tomorrow evening (Wednesday, 12th Nov) from 7:30pm.
The same venue on Thursday (13th Nov) focuses on Serial Killers: Fascination with True Crime with psychologists Dr Lorraine Bowman Grieve and Dr Jennifer O’Mahoney unravelling the mystery behind why so many are drawn to the darkest of stories.
Pre-booking is essential and is open on stemkilkenny.ie and click on the ‘events’ tab.
