Local Boot camp Instructor invites local people to take part in a free diet and fitness programme called Mission Slim-Possible

A local fitness guru and chef is looking to transform your life in 2015.

Mission Slim-Possible is a Free fitness training and diet support programme delivered over eight weeks.

The 24 hour programme is free of charge to two male and two female adults who want to transform their lives within weeks.

Applications for Mission Slim-Possible should be made to Paulies Bootcamp in Carlow town.
