Local businessman hands over the reins of his Garden Centre and Florists on the outskirts of Kilkenny city

A Kilkenny businessman today hands over the reins of his Garden Centre and Flower Shop.

Flower Power on the Carlow / Dublin Road, on the outskirts of the city, has been operating for many years with Pat Comerford at the helm.

But he’s taken the decision to pass the baton to new owners who are hoping to revamp, restock and reopen the outlet by this weekend.

KCLR News understands all outstanding vouchers will be honoured under the new regime.
