Local traffic inspector urges drivers to slow down and take care on the roads this weekend

Slow down and take care on the roads this weekend.

That’s the message from Audrey Dormer who is divisional traffic inspector for Carlow and Kilkenny.

She was speaking after yesterdays “National Slow Down Day” when Gardaí across the country were clamping down on speeding vehicles.

In Tullow, they clocked a car doing 81 Kilometres in a 50 kilometres zone.

Audrey says it’s important for motorists to take care on our roads and she has this message for drivers.
