Major delays are being reported on the m9 motoway northbound this morning just past Paulstown exit
At least 5 cars are believed to have crashed.
Gardai and emergency services are attending but its not clear yet if anyone has been badly hurt.
The stretch between Paulstown and Carlow is now closed.
