Man hospitalised after truck overturned in Kilkenny yesterday evening

A man was hospitalised following a truck overturning on the Kilkenny Ring Road yesterday evening.

The incident, which occurred at the Hebron Road roundabout led to a section of the road being closed for a number of hours as emergency services worked to clear the scene.  The road has since re-opened.

The man, was taken by ambulance to St Lukes General Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
