A state-of-the-art mobile recording studio is set to hit the roads of Kilkenny and Carlow following its official launch at Seville Lodge.
The innovative music hub on wheels was unveiled by Minister Jennifer Murnane O’Connor, alongside the rollout of new multi-year strategic plans to make music education more affordable and accessible across both counties.
Equipped with premium instruments and digital gear, the mobile unit will travel directly to local schools and youth groups to inspire the next generation of local talent.
Dr. Margaret Dempsey of Music Generation says the facility is a great way to bring music to young people.
