As crowds start to gather in Kilkenny city for this evenings Leinster hurling quarter final at Nowlan park some traffic restrictions will be in place.

Hebron road will be closed from the Castlecomer road to the O Loughlin Road junctions between 5 and 9pm and the O Loughlin Road will close from the Dublin Road to the Hebron Road for the same duration.
There will be access for residents only in those areas and the same applies to Lacken Drive where only residents will be allowed to park.
Gardai are asking that you obey all other parking restrictions in place too including those on the Castlecomer road, Ballybough Street and Pennefeather way.
