The Déise have claimed ownership of Mount Misery ahead of All Ireland Sunday.
The controversial landmark overlooks Waterford but is part of South Kilkenny.
It has changed colours numerous times over the years and was often decked out in the black and amber in recent years with the Cats regular appearances in All Ireland finals.
But with Waterford involved in this years final fans there have got the paint out and taken it over.
