Lamber de Bie has been named the new Chair of the Butler Gallery Board.
The Dutch Master Florist who made Kilkenny his home many years ago and who runs his own business in the county, is long known for being a staunch supporter of the Arts.
He’s been on the Board of the Butler Gallery for the past four years and last night in a social media posting the team there said; “Lamber has served on the board since 2022 and has provided valuable insight and guidance to many projects the gallery has undertaken in the last number of years. Lamber is the founder and creative director of Lamber de Bie Flowers and as a qualified Master Florist, works with Irish and International event planners for high-end weddings and events. Lamber has a strong commitment and love for the visual arts and is a longstanding supporter of Butler Gallery. We look forward to our continued work with Lamber in his new role as Chair.”
