There is a new service in Kilkenny which provides free courses for those experiencing Mental Health and addiction difficulties.
The South East Recovery College is based on Abbey Street in Kilkenny it provides educational courses and workshops.
The new and developing College is a support system which provides educational courses and workshops
for people who are experiencing mental health and addiction difficulties.
The courses are co-designed and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental ill health and addiction challenges, family supporters, professionals and voluntary agencies.
Speaking to KCLR South East Recovery College Coordinator Clare Fitzpatrick explained the courses are available to everyone with a low enrollment fee of €5.
