A number of local holiday makers say they were robbed of money by a ‘Done Deal scammer’.
Jackie, a grandmother from Kilkenny, booked a holiday through the site for her, her daughters and her granddaughters in a house in Kerry.

She says after numerous phonecalls with the seller, who had an Irish accent but an English number, she transferred €400 to him.
However, when they got to the house they were told it was owned by a local woman who was still at work in Ballybunion.
It would seem Jackie wasn’t the only one scammed.
A number of other callers to KCLR have told their stories of being conned by the same man.
KCLR has contacted Done Deal about these instances but we’ve yet to receive a response.
