O Loughlin Gaels are this year’s Kilkenny senior league champions after edging Rower Inistioge in a thrilling game in Thomastown.
The city side won by 1-18 to 2-13 having led at the break by 1-10 to 2-5 at the break
In the Shield final a goal set up by Henry Shefflin and finished by Colin Fennelly proved the key score as Ballyhale beat Dicksboro by 1-20 to 0-19 .
Dicksboro led by 0-12 to 0-11 at the break but played the second half without Cillian Buckley who was injured in the opening 30 minutes
