One man arrested for public order incident in Carlow that saw two members of An Garda Siochána injured

Gardaí are investigating a public order incident at a home in Rathvilly on Tuesday afternoon.

Two members of An Garda Siochána were taken to St Lukes General Hospital in Kilkenny with non-life-threatening injuries.

A man in his 20s has been arrested and is also receiving treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

Garda welfare services have been made available to the officers.
