Parts of Carlow and Kilkenny under potato blight warning

Met Éireann’s issued an advisory for potato blight which looks set to hit parts of Carlow and Kilkenny.

For the next three days, large portions of the country will be subject to a Very High Risk warning.

This affects large parts of the South East as well as the South and Southwest and is expected to move towards the west and midlands in the coming days.
