Plans for new homes in Carlow town await approval

A proposed residential development in Hacketstown, Co. Carlow, is seeking approval for 13 new dwellings.

The development plan includes 4 four-bedroom detached dormer homes, 4 three-bedroom detached bungalow/dormer homes and 5 three-bedroom detached bungalows

The development will also include essential site works such as estate roads, footpaths, public open space, landscaping, and boundary treatments.

Additionally, a pedestrian and cycle link through the site will be provided, with access and entrances onto Eagle Hill Road.
