Plans revealed for new homes in south Kilkenny

Plans have been lodged for a major new housing development in Ferrybank.

Killabeg Holdings Limited has applied for permission to build 91 homes at Clover Avenue in Abbeylands, including apartments and family houses, along with a new crèche.

The proposed development would also provide new road and pedestrian access, landscaped open spaces, utility connections and other works, subject to planning approval. (Details here).
