The Polska Eire festival which has been running in Carlow and Kilkenny this week draws to a close today.
The festival was set up to bring the Irish and Polish communities together and was launched by the Polish Ambassador to Ireland on Monday.

It ran in 15 towns and cities across Ireland, including Carlow.
The end of the festival comes in the same week as the council confirmed that Kilkenny has been twinned with the polish town of Malbork.
