Popular Carlow eatery to reopen this morning

There’s good news for the people of Carlow as a popular eatery is about to reopen.

The Lazy River Cafe in Graiguecullen’s been serving the locality for 16 years but two weeks ago its owners announced the doors had closed.

Now however, the decision’s been reversed with another member of the Cowan family taking the reins.

Doors open at 9am this (Tuesday) morning and General Manager Louise Delacey is delighted;
