Racing Underway in Carlow Town for the 167th Annual Carlow Regatta

One of the country’s oldest rowing festivals is underway locally.

The Carlow Regatta is in its 167th year and attracts participants from across the country.

Racing began at 8:30 this Sunday morning on the River Barrow in Carlow town, and events will continue until 4:30 this afternoon.
