Regeneration plan for Carlow town centre will see residents reintroduced to parts

Carlow County Council’s regeneration plan for the town centre is re-introducing residents into areas where former family shops were integrated with living accommodation for decades.

These projects have already created new homes on Cox’s Lane and will form a significant element of the revamp of Tullow Street, where the Council is undertaking a Compulsory Purchase Order of 15 properties.
