Rolling morning strikes at Tullow Credit Union are set to continue this week as frontline staff push for formal trade union recognition.
Following the initial walkouts, the next rounds of four-hour work stoppages are scheduled to hit the branch on September 10th and 11th this week, and next week on the 17th, and 18th.
While contingency measures will be in place to handle basic transactions, members are being warned to expect severely reduced services during the morning pickets.
Local Independent Councillor William Paton has joined community calls for a resolution, urging the Board of Management to sit down and negotiate directly with the Financial Services Union.
