Rower Inistioge had to endure extra time before they prevailed against Kilnadeema Leitrim in their All Ireland intermediate club final.
The Kilkenny side led 0-4 to 0-3 at half time and looked to be cruising to the title before the Galway side battled back in the second half to force extra time at 1-8 each.
The Leinster champions however proved too strong in the additional period and powered to a 1-16 to 1-9 win
