RSA warning cyclists and pedestrians to ‘be safe and be seen’

Pedestrians and Cyclists across Carlow and Kilkenny are being warned to be safe and be seen.

The message comes on foot of a busy bank holiday weekend across the country.

The road safety authority issued the warning as the clocks went back yesterday.

As a result, evenings will become darker
